Full 1:1 Sleep Plan
Suitable for 5 months - 5 years old

This is my most popular plan, due to it containing 2 weeks of 1:1 support. The beauty of this package is that I am on hand daily to help guide you through the whole process, offering suggestions along the way, tweaking the plan if needed, and providing moral support every step of the way. It includes the following:

3 days of your child's routine & sleep diary analysis

Up to 90 minute Zoom consultation - where all your child's sleep challenges are discussed, along with your sleep goals, bedtime routine, day time schedule (+ much more) and a plan of action formulated and agreed

Individually written Sleep Plan drawn up & sent to you (within 24hrs post consultation)

2 weeks daily support- via Email - daily email support - emails responded to on an evening between the hours of 7-9pm (daily support is included on weekends)

'Future Proofing Sleep' handover email at the end of your support period- to ensure the progress your little ones has made, continues.
No extra charge for multiples eg. Twins or Triplets
Home Visits can be conducted for families who live within a 5 mile radius of Brierley Hill, at an additional cost of £30. Please request this at time of booking.

DIY Sleep Plan
Suitable for 5 months - 5 years old

This plan is ideal for families who feel confident to implement the recommendations from our consultation themselves, are good at sticking to a plan and using their own judgement. This plan includes:

3 days of your child's routine & sleep diary analysis

60 minute Zoom consultation - where all your child's sleep challenges are discussed, along with your sleep goals and a plan of action

Individually written Sleep Plan drawn up & sent to you (within 48hrs post Consultation)

2 x Email support (1 per week for 2 weeks)
No extra charge for multiples eg. Twins or Triplets
1:1 WhatsApp Support can be added to this package- at a cost of £70 per week
