About Me...

After experiencing my own parenting journey, and many months of sleep deprivation, I became obsessed with baby sleep. I was constantly Googling about nap times, sleep tips, sleep routines, twin sleep - but I found it so overwhelming and contradictory that I often gave up.
I felt like I was struggling through and trying to navigate my babies' sleep all alone. I'd never heard of a sleep consultant at this time.

I love my sleep and I know how important it is for our babies too. So after months of sleep deprivation, I managed to establish healthy sleep routines for my twins (routines that worked for 'them'). This meant they were sleeping well for daytime naps and evening sleep. It was a game changer - my whole family benefitted from getting the sleep we all desperately needed. However, I found it hard, confusing and time consuming doing it alone and I wish I'd had the help from someone with expertise in baby sleep.

This is when I decided I wanted to train and support other families and their babies to get the sleep they all need. I wish I'd had someone guiding and supporting me through the process.

I completed my training with the highly acclaimed Sleep Consultant Academy. This coupled with practical experience of working with many families, you can be confident that the information I provide you with is credible, reliable and transformative.
